Kolkata reports highest single-day rise in Covid-19 cases

Kolkata for the first time documented their highest single-day rise in positive Covid-19 cases on Tuesday, June 2. Since then there has been a constant spike in new cases. The number of cases has reached 6,168 along with 335 deaths all over the state. Kolkata alone has now over 1,000 active cases. Formerly, West Bengal had a low count in Covid-19 cases.
